看見自己的情緒

我察覺自己的情緒，我也在別人身上看到自己的影子
原來我沒有完整跨過那個坎，因為我仍會生氣憤怒

似乎可以一直看見自己的情緒，我知道情緒上來了，所以我可以理智的面對當下

Who am I ?

Today, I'm feeling a little down because I'm genuinely unsure about the type of job I should pursue.
I became aware of my emotions when someone I don't like asked me some questions.
Afterward, I realized I wasn't putting in the necessary effort into my work; it's quite disappointing.
I remember what I aspire to become, and I've come to the realization that it's achievable.

I think I spend too much time on negative thoughts.
Finally, I realize I need to focus on my life to discover what I want to become and what targets I want to achieve.
I appreciate that I can check off this year's list.
But I still don't know what I can do to become a freelancer who can travel abroad.

因為寫作整理了全部好的壞的想法，也因為寫作看到了自己的成長，從只會責怪都是別人的錯到我都只以自己的觀點在看待事情到反省自己，最後成長到以陌生人角度觀察自己，不帶偏見、不帶藉口。因為記錄也因為不斷學習閱讀而讓自己產生了如此大的轉變
